The featured photo was taken on the first day of my Sanctuary demolition. Assuredly that particular door is more than officially closed, it’s completely gone. To be honest, I don’t have much to say about that particular ending other than to thank those who continue to be there for me during the challenging times. As a wise woman once told me, it is incredibly easy for people to show up for each other during the good times. However, it is far more important to acknowledge and cherish those who continue to show up and be the light during the tough ones. Those are the compassionate souls and experiences I choose to revere and focus on during our collective new beginnings. Otherwise, I’m simply clocking yet another milestone within an old story already written instead of focusing on our new, more enlightened beginnings already underway.

Technically, with many components of my biblical entanglement having unfolded straight by the book despite my best efforts to transcend them, the entire process certainly has me pondering what our collective new story will eventually look like. Because beyond the old biblical texts, and even beyond my own individual goals moving forward, the bigger picture of this world is most assuredly still a global journey of evolution continuously underway, yet more importantly, officially unwritten. ​And seemingly with a soul mission to help close the old biblical narrative, I decided to task myself with at minimum setting the tone and writing the first words to a new narrative, knowing full well we each write and forge our own story within the pages of our collective cosmos. Knowing this truth, yet also realizing it takes a well of courage to colour outside the lines, I came to the conclusion society could truly benefit from having a much larger canvas to paint on. That way, the door to our soul potential can never be suppressed, limited, or closed ever again. And maybe I truly am just a dreamer, but I’ve grown to love and cherish that aspect of my own inner light. The warrior from within that refuses to be extinguished by any outdated perspectives, written or otherwise. To be honest, I simply have a different story to tell. It goes something like this….

In the new beginnings, we said to each other, “let’s BE the light.” And then we were the light. And our light continued to grow and grow as everyone learned to flourish within our ever-expanding consciousness of interconnectivity. And it was good. Many moons later we looked around yet again and said to each other, “let’s BE the harmony”. And then we were the harmony. And we learned to harmonize within our own unique human expression while never forgetting the divine essence held within ourselves and all others. And our harmony continued to grow and grow, co-creating the most glorious, expansive, yet inclusive canvas for all beings, forever painting on the collective cosmos that is our lives. And it felt damn good. So damn good in fact, that we officially stepped into the entirety of our individual and collective soul potential, and never looked back.
