Patience is a virtue that I, in all honesty, tend to lack. When I decide I want something, I pretty much want it NOW! Until recently, I always thought my ‘now’ mentality was one of my largest down falls. However, the more I learn about manifesting the things we desire in life, the more I have to question my original beliefs on patience. Don’t get me wrong, patience is a valuable trait to hold. However, technically speaking my lack of patience and determination to see change in my world has also helped out greatly. It is how I have moved forward with my dreams. It is how I have helped facilitate miracles. It is how I have created many shifts in my life. Feeling frustrated and impatient with current situations is what moves change into motion. The next steps are to clearly understand we can create change, asking for a NEW outcome, and believing it can occur.

A new outcome, new day, new year, new era, new age, new endeavor, every moment of every day offers new beginnings. If there is one thing time is good for, it is bringing in the new. In fact, every moment holds the capacity to be 100% new. Every moment here on earth has never existed before and will never occur again. Living in the NOW is actually embracing and living in a continuous momentum of NEW.

However, new often means change and if there is one thing I have learned over the years, it is that people are often resistant to change. We like our patterns. We like to keep things status quo instead of making changes that leave us feeling vulnerable. It may not be exactly what we want, but it feels comfortable and so we tend to stay as is. We tend to hold onto the old ways or take small steps forward, instead of fully evolving and embracing the new.

If every moment holds 100% potential of becoming totally new, that means a full paradigm shift or instantaneous miracle is always available. The catch is change arrives if and when we are ready to hold the space for that change to occur. If we can fully and confidently stand in the change, change will happen. If we fully believe the universe can deliver, it surely will. This is our potential reality. Yet many of the things in our lives and in this world are on more of a gradual path to change, slowly evolving over time.

As I wrestle with my own patience regarding both past life experiences as well as additional new and amazing shifts in my life, I can’t help but wonder why sometimes change moves forward so darn slow? If I have put in my order and believe the universe can and will deliver, why does there seem to be so many delays? Did the universe not hear me or realize I seriously want this now? Sure, the “Ask and you shall receive” is a valuable life tool; too bad it doesn’t come with an estimated date of arrival!

Well my friends, there is a ripple effect out there in the world. Sometimes, the things we want to manifest in our life are contingent on both ourselves and on many other synchronistic moments. Likewise, despite what we may think, sometimes we actually can’t handle drastic changes all at once. The universe knows what is best. The shift that you want to see in your world may only appear to be 10 or 20% complete, but that does not mean the shift is not happening. The wheels are turning. Change is in progress. Sure a status bar would be great (and sometimes we can intuitively see this), but for the most part, the arrival date is a big surprise. Not random, but divinely timed once all components miraculously flow together.

I want you to think about this the next time something does not come into your life when and where you hoped it would. Once you have put your wishes out into the universe, that new scenario is being created every minute of every day. If you stay focused on the new goal, there is no stopping its evolution. It will arrive. Mark my words. Question is can you keep the faith? And are you ready to jump into action when the opportunities present themselves?

We have been calling this current era the New Age movement, which in it self is a perfect example of how we actually hold on to the old. In actuality, this movement of prophecies, spiritual encounters, miraculous healings, energy work, individual empowerment, and moments with the divine has been in the works for eons. Even just based on the teachings of my dear friend Yeshua, we are nearly 2000 years into his “new way” of looking at things and yet still changes are underway to fully understand and see that original mission into completion. The bulk of society is still reluctant to see what we as individuals can achieve and to fully embrace this empowered perspective into their old way of thinking.

What is certainly new about this era is the amount of people that are becoming more empowered to connect with the ever-abundant flow of divine energy. What is new are the number of activists and light workers out there becoming impatient with the ways of the world and looking to create change. The long awaited awakening to the divine feminine aspect is also coming into balance. Yes, there are definitely many new and exciting things happening on a global scale.

What about on a personal level? What is new and exciting in your life? What aspects of your life are causing you to lose your patience? For if time is infinite, and we are constantly growing, then everyday we have the opportunity to take an aspect of our life and make it new. Where is your focus? What direction do you want to grow? What new possibilities do you wish to create or expand?

While pondering this, don’t let your mind limiting beliefs get in the way. How about trying a new approach. Yes you can have a healthy body. Yes you can achieve the career of your dreams. Yes you can travel the world. Yes you can manifest abundance in any and all areas of your life. Yes, you can (fill in the blank). It is time to live your life in the new.
