JOY to the World

Do you know what your own JOY truly looks like? I mean seriously, have you ever taken the time to sit down and contemplate what things in your life constitute your perceived JOY to the World???? This holiday season, I encourage you to do just that.

When we spend all our time waiting in longing for better things yet to come, we place so much of our energy, attention and focus on future events. But the reality is, JOY can not be experienced in the past or future. JOY can only be fully experienced in the now. Beyond that, are only memories of joyful moments that have once been or the anticipation of even more joyful events yet to come. But to be absolutely clear, being in a state of JOY is a present moment thing that takes intention, effort, and a deeper understanding of what actually brings you JOY. That, and perhaps giving yourself permission to notice, feel and be that JOY regardless of what is currently going on in the reality around you. Once you’ve got that figured out, repeat that sounding joy. Repeat that sounding joy. Repeat that sounding JOY.

Heaven and nature actually sing every single day. Are you listening?

There are miracles all around us. Are you seeing?

There are a multitude of heart-centred souls making a true difference in this world. Are you feeling?

And truthfully, there is already much JOY to the World. Are you being?

Or are you waiting on someone, some event, or some angel to ring their voice and let you know that today is officially the day for you to fully feel and experience true JOY.

If so, that is okay too. But, I assure you… there is already JOY to the World and NOW is the only time to experience that blessed state.

So much love and respect to you and your journey.

Namaste,

Lauren Heistad
