In a world where everything seems turbulent and full of rage right now, it is so very important to find and maintain your own state of balance. Utilize meditation, thoughtful breathing, crystal grids, inspired reading, journalling, salt baths, exercise, stillness or whatever else you have access to in order to stay centred and grounded within any given moment. Breathe through the birthing pangs your life and this world are experiencing. Healing any aspect of your life is a matter of intention and heartfelt pursuits. Find and anchor that inner peace internally by making small but symbolic changes to your world externally. Despite what it looks like, this is an important window of opportunity to see the realities of our world and strive to make your own commitment for inner and outer change.
Every move you make, symbolic or otherwise, helps contribute to the collective vibration of this world. There are way more heart-centred people on this planet than it currently appears. There are way more positive things happening in our reality than most are focusing on. There is a multitude of light and aware individuals shining hope and love into this dimension, you being one of them. Darkness is becoming apparent but so too is the powerful force of love and light. There are even way more reflections of positive changes happening in your own life than you are currently giving yourself credit for. Start focusing on the virtues of compassion and understanding to yourself and all others. The seeds of positive potential have already been planted. Have patience and nurture your soul to see them through to fruition.
Inhale…exhale…positive change is already here…more is on its way.
