We live in a society that has craved time for quite a while now. More time for rest and relaxation. More time away from work. More time with family. More time to complete unfinished projects. More time to start new ones. More time to expand your spiritual awareness. No matter how you look at it, our society has most certainly craved and yearned for more time for quite a long while.
I find that as many of us have more time on our hands, we don’t know what to do with it or are unmotivated and uncertain how to utilize this sacred space of re-calibration. I believe a few things are at play here. First off, goals are changing. Amidst the global changes, perspectives and priorities are shifting, thereby leaving old projects and paradigms no longer important and welcoming new ones that are not always quite clear yet. Take the time to understand and accept these changes without always needing full clarity. Be patient with you and those around you.
Secondly, the collective conscious within the global environment right now is one of uncertainty. Within uncertainty, stillness presides as we remain motionless trying to piece together and navigate the times ahead, unsure what to do or where to place our focus. A reminder within this bubble of time, that your soul has got this. Take the time to breathe in that truth, remove the heaviness of the collective’s uncertainty within your own energy field, and allow yourself to start moving forward, ever so slowly towards new goals, ambitions, projects, tidying up stagnant areas in your life, and even enjoying the outer stillness. Free yourself from any and all perceived obligations or past expectations that no longer fit within your current situation.
Thirdly, we are undeniably within a global reset. Take this time as an opportunity for an individual one as well. Be patient with yourself. Stop over thinking everything or feeling the need to fill your day with stuff and busyness. Allow the old to fade away while doing your very best to make peace with the time at hand. Make peace with where you are in this very moment, allowing yourself to trust in the process. Your process. Breathe in, breathe out, just be.
Next, take the time to be there for you. So often in life, we are there for everyone else. Our kids, spouses, families, co-workers, bosses, our communities. We have always been there, dug deep and showed up for all others. As the world struggles to find its footing again, take the time to find yours. In essence, that is the exact step our collective experience demands of us. For everyone on the planet to find and refocus their own footing back into alignment with their individual and our collective SOULworks.
Take the time to honour where we are at. It is okay to move from fear into anticipation. To move from uncertainty into refreshing new horizons. Yes, there is certainly many things we can be fearful of or concerned with. However, there is also much to celebrate and cherish. When looking back over this time for generations to come, plant the seed and offer the vibration of expectancy, rebirth, faith, and a higher knowing. By allowing yourself to move into these frequencies, we are not ignoring the current situation, we are creating a new one.
Lastly, I want to address those who have been utilizing external resources to help keep your footing strong, vibration up, and faith high. Whether you have been inspired to use energy work, oracle cards, crystals, oils, sage, or various other metaphysical practices to hold the space for yourself and all others, I am speaking to you. You are not lost, unprotected, or vulnerable without access to your familiar tools and coping mechanisms. The vibration, faith, and knowing have always come from within. In essence, that is what you have been working towards with your crystals, energy practices, and outer guidance all along, connecting back to the gem within. Take the time to know and feel the truth of that understanding.
I promise to continue to hold the space for both you and our ever expanding world. I thank all those who have been reaching out and holding the space for me.
In closing, I offer a little gift from me to you: I most certainly see and believe in you. Please take this time to truly see and believe in you too.
From my heart to yours,
Lauren Heistad
