Last year I declared it my personal jubilee. Today marks the official end of that sacred reset opportunity and the start of my new beginnings. To commemorate both my birthday and a solid, action packed, emotional rollercoaster of a year(s) behind me, I’m reviewing last year’s goals and celebrating what I’ve already accomplished. To recap my own progress and taken straight from my original article posted in 2022 called My Jubilee Year:

Individually, we each hold the power to make peace with the past (check!),

offer forgiveness to ourselves and all others (check!),

purge old beliefs and mindsets (check!),

let go of old trauma (check!),

revisit places from our past (check!),

reconnect to those we’ve lost touch with (check!),

change up old patterns (check!),

set new goals (check!),

and allow ourselves to officially move forward into a new era of time (check!).

Personally, my jubilee also happened to be the perfect time to listen to my soul and make the changes I crave. That includes:

More time spent on health and wellness including way more time enjoying the great outdoors (check!),

More quality time spent with friends and family (check!),

And even some timely adjustments to SOULworks (Oops! I’m not quite there yet, although technically I still have time on the clock yet today to start moving those changes into motion).

Alright, it has certainly taken the entire year to determine what those timely adjustments to SOULworks will look like. Perhaps I needed the wisdom of my 51-year-old self to finally get there. Of course, there will be many more tweaks in the months ahead and years to follow, but as for today I plan to honor my 51st Birthday and year of new beginnings on a more personal note. Starting today my availability has been drastically reduced to better accommodate life, my family, and of course me 😊. More importantly, I reserve the right to continue to flex my availability and offerings as needed to create balance between work and home life. Please consider yourself notified on my SOULworks fluidity. Truthfully, I’m not interesting in managing a traditional retail space, overrunning myself with sessions and classes, nor do I intend to meet anyone else’s expectations regarding my life path beyond my own. I will always aspire to live my life as guided, show up when inspired, and just be me. For a short time longer that will still be as the store lady. Presumably, that will also be as the teacher and mentor I’ve always been. Most times though, that is just going to be as the badass author and Messenger of Change that I know myself to be.

And that’s a wrap! I welcome my new beginnings with open arms, an open heart, and an open mind to the infinite potential of living my greatest inspired and balanced life possible. Thank you to all who continue to journey beside me as the conscious co-creator awesome beings of light that you are. Happy Birthday to Me and Happy New Beginnings to all those who have already walked the path of enlightenment. I look forward to stepping into my personal and our collective new chapters yet to come.
